Dr. Shantia Kazemi is an award-winning, board-certified periodontist and implant surgeon with over 10 years of clinical experience in periodontology and implant dentistry. She specializes in same-day teeth replacement, graftless full-arch implant solutions, minimally invasive gum grafting, periodontal plastic procedures, bone grafting, ridge augmentation, block grafts, guided bone regeneration, and sinus lift procedures. With advanced microsurgical instrumentation and minimally invasive techniques, Dr. Kazemi focuses on precision, patient comfort, optimal healing, and long-term outcomes.

Dr. Kazemi earned her Certificate in Periodontal Surgery and Implant Dentistry from the University of Southern California Herman Ostrow School of Dentistry in 2017. During her time at USC, she served as president of the Advanced Periodontology Residents Study Club and received the Associate Endowed Scholarship from the USC School of Dentistry. She also completed graduate studies in Clinical Translational Sciences at the University of Illinois at Chicago, where she was awarded the Board of Trustees Scholarship for academic excellence in 2015.

Committed to providing evidence-based, patient-centered care, Dr. Kazemi regularly pursues continuing education to stay current with the latest advancements in periodontology and implant dentistry. Her advanced training includes microsurgical techniques, full-arch implant solutions, guided bone regeneration, sinus lifts, and periodontal plastic surgery.

Dr. Kazemi has received a prestigious research grant from the American Academy of Implant Dentistry for her project on the effect of prosthesis and implant dimensions on peri-implant marginal bone. She has also lectured nationally and internationally on implant and laser dentistry, published in peer-reviewed journals, and serves as a peer reviewer and associate editor for scientific journals in implant dentistry and periodontology. She is a member of the American Academy of Implant Dentistry and other professional dental organizations.

Outside the office, Dr. Kazemi enjoys spending time with her family and close friends, as well as hiking, swimming, gardening, and traveling.

Dr. Megan Constant is a highly trained orthodontist and Top 1% Invisalign® providers nationwide. Dr. Constant was born and raised in the Bay Area, and completed most of her studies throughout the state of California. She attended California Polytechnic State University in San Luis Obispo, where she earned a degree in biological sciences, and she then moved to San Francisco to complete her Doctorate of Dental Surgery at the University of the Pacific in San Francisco, California. Growing up, Dr. Constant worked for her father, Dr. David Constant, but it wasn't until she worked for a dentist in San Luis Obispo that her passion for becoming an orthodontist was solidified. She practiced as a general dentist for a year in Palo Alto and Sunnyvale, California, before moving to Atlanta, Georgia, to earn her orthodontic certificate. Dr. Constant is committed to maintaining her advanced dental credentials with continuing education to stay abreast of the latest advances in modern orthodontic care. Dr. Constant is married to a local firefighter and has two beautiful daughters whom they absolutely adore. In her free time, she and her husband enjoy traveling, cooking, and being around friends and family. Dr. Constant enjoys helping her patients achieve gorgeous smiles with her dental expertise and compassionate orthodontic care, and she looks forward to working with you.

Dr. Radhika Mistry is committed to growing in family practice with a keen interest in cosmetic and clear aligner dentistry. She combines modern technology with ongoing learning through regular continuing education to help make each visit comfortable, informative, and reassuring for her patients.

Dr. Mistry earned her Doctor of Dental Surgery in 2017 from the Herman Ostrow School of Dentistry of USC. She also holds a Master of Science from UC Irvine, completed in 2015, and a Bachelor of Dental Surgery from India, completed in 2010. Her advanced training includes Invisalign® certification, nitrous sedation certification and CPR BLS certification. She was also the recipient of the OKU Zeta Chapter Award in 2017.

Dr. Mistry is a current active member of the American Dental Association®, the California Dental Association and the Santa Clara County Dental Society. She has been practicing in the [city] area for over a decade.

Outside of dentistry, Dr. Mistry enjoys spending time at the beach, DIY art projects and exploring her spiritual journey. She and her husband have three wonderful children, and she dearly misses her golden, Rumbum.

Dr. Sneha Mirchandani is committed to providing a comfortable environment that helps patients feel at ease with their dental care. She also believes in educating patients about their oral health so they can work together to develop treatment plans that fit their individual needs.

Dr. Mirchandani earned her Doctor of Dental Surgery from the University of the Pacific, Arthur A. Dugoni School of Dentistry in 2017. She also holds a bachelor's in dental surgery from India. She continues her education annually to stay current in the field and expand the care she provides to patients. Her advanced training includes a preceptorship in periodontology, Invisalign certification and a certificate in the use of dental lasers. She is also a member of American Dental Association®, the California Dental Association and the Santa Clara County Dental Society. While at the University of the Pacific, she was inducted into the prestigious Tau Kappa Omega society.

Dr. Mirchandani has practiced in the Bay area since 2017 and also brings four years of practice experience from India. Outside the office, she enjoys spending time with her husband and two kids. Her hobbies include baking, hiking, reading and crocheting.
