Meet the Team

Rachel joined our team in July 2024. With a BA in Business Administration, she brings strong organizational skills and a thoughtful, patient-focused approach to her role. She helps keep the office running smoothly by coordinating daily operations, supporting the clinical team, and assisting patients with scheduling, insurance, and financial questions. Her goal is to make every visit as seamless, comfortable, and welcoming as possible. One of Rachel's favorite parts of being at the practice is building relationships with patients and working alongside a team that is caring, dedicated, and committed to excellent care. She is passionate about creating a positive, supportive environment for both patients and team members, and she looks forward to continuing to grow with the practice. Outside the office, Rachel enjoys spending quality time with her husband and their dog. She also likes reading fiction, watching movies, and relaxing with a good book after a busy day.

Mary Ann is our scheduling coordinator and has been part of the team since December 2023. She enjoys being part of [practice_name] because it gives her the opportunity to do work she truly enjoys in a supportive, positive environment. Mary Ann values the opportunity to keep learning and growing in the dental field, and she is proud to be part of a team dedicated to compassionate care and excellent service. [practice_name] feels like her second family.

In her role, Mary Ann helps keep each patient's visit organized and efficient. She manages scheduling and insurance verification with care and attention to detail, helping patients stay on track with their appointments and better understand their benefits before each visit. She takes pride in creating a smooth, patient-focused experience from scheduling to checkout.

Ly joined our team in October 2024. Her educational background includes an RDA license earned in 2011, an OA license earned in 2012, an RDH credential earned in 2020 and a diode laser certificate completed in 2020. Ly loves being part of the practice because of its caring atmosphere. She contributes by providing patients with gentle, thorough cleanings and helping make each visit feel calm and positive.

Outside the office, Ly enjoys spending time with her family, cooking for her family and taking walks.

Mary is a registered dental assistant who joined our team in August 2025. She graduated from Monterey Peninsula College in 2019 with her RDA certification. Mary loves being part of a team where patient comfort and care come first. She helps create a welcoming, positive experience for every patient by making sure they feel comfortable and supported throughout their visit.

Outside the office, Mary enjoys spending quality time with her daughter. She also likes hiking, trying new foods, enjoying nature and visiting family.

Meet Pumpkin, our lovable emotional support dog at Bay Area Dental & Implant Center! She's a playful toy Maltipoo who loves meeting new people and making your dental visit more relaxing and enjoyable.
