We are a fee-for-service practice, but accept most insurances. Our general periodontist are in-network with Delta Dental and the majority of PPO dental insurances. Our periodontist and Orthodontic are out-of-network with insurance providers. We encourage you to contact our team before your appointment to verify that we accept your insurance.
